TRANSPORTATION OF DCC500 INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE
This time the attention was concentrated on the DCC500 machine, which is designed for injection moulding of non-ferrous metals and alloys!
To date, such car parts as cylinder blocks, transmission crankcases, transmissions and steering columns are cast by injection moulding.
Continuous improvement of various injection moulding parameters, such as clamping force, injection speed and pressure, has made it possible to cast larger parts such as car doors and chassis. This, in turn, led to a significant reduction in the overall weight of the car and a subsequent reduction in fuel consumption, which is extremely important for our sphere.
The DCC500 injection moulding machine was loaded by a crane.
For its transportation, we chose one of our popular couplers: a Renault C 6*4 truck and a “Tverstroymash” semi-trailer with a flat loading platform, which is ideal for transporting the 8-meter-long injection moulding machine.
