PAYMENT OF DAMAGES TO HIGHWAYS FOR THE CAT D8R BULLDOZER TRANSPORTATION

“AST Plus” has completed the transportation of the CAT D8R bulldozer. The cargo delivery was carried out for the Zeppelin company along the route: Bronka Port, St. Petersburg – Novosaratovka village, Leningrad region — Pavlovsk, Voronezh region.

The stop in the village of Novosaratovka was not accidental. There, the “AST Plus” company dismantled the ripper from the bulldozer. This was done in order to reduce the weight of the road train and the load on the axles, which reduced damage to roads and the cost of special permits. The cost of paying damages to highways amounted to almost 400,000 rubles.

To transport the CAT bulldozer, a “TverStroyMash” 5-axle semi-trailer was used, which was ideally suited for the main task – even load distribution along the axes.

The total weight of the cargo was 33 tons.

Dimensions of the cargo: 6.50*2.84*3.60 m

The loading capacity of the semi-trailer is 50 tons.
