Our company delivers cargoes by its own road transport on low-frame semi-trailers with the loading height of 0.3-0.9 m and the load capacity from 25 to 300 tons. In some cases, by agreement with the client, other options are arrangeable, for example, we will transport components to an oversized position using a hired van or truck.

To calculate the transportation cost, it is necessary to specify the number of places, as well as the dimensions and weight of the cargo. In most cases the client is required to provide a cargo diagram and specify the exact points of loading and unloading. In the case of internal customs transit, we’d ask you to specify the address of the place where customs clearance will be performed.

It is necessary to sign a contract, as well as an application for cargo transportation, and make an advance payment in accordance with the agreements reached.

The downtime compensation varies from 15,000 to 25,000 roubles, incl. VAT per day, depending on the road train. In some cases, the downtime may exceed 100 thousand roubles. The sum paid for the downtime is pre-negotiated and stated in the application for transportation.

The deadline for the application consideration depends on:

• • the cargo weight and dimensional characteristics;
  • the transportation route.

For example, an application for transportation in the city and region is considered within 2 minutes — 2 hours. An application for transportation across the territory of the Russian Federation may be considered from 1 to 2-3 days. The timing largely depends on the size and weight of the cargo, which in turn affects the ability to travel along certain highways.

• Loads are considered OHC, when their placement on a semi-trailer, makes the length of the road train exceed 20 m;
• Loads are considered OHC, when their placement on a semi-trailer, makes the width of the road train exceed 2.55 m;

Heavy loads include:

• Loads are considered OHC, when their placement on a semi-trailer, makes the weight of the road train exceed 40 tons (for a five-axle coupling) and 44 tons (for a six- and more-axle coupling).
• An appropriate special vehicle, as well as the special permits issue are required for the oversized cargo transportation.

After completing the application and signing the contract, we will issue you an invoice, on the basis of which you will make the payment according to the terms of the contract.

The client is usually required to provide:

1. Consignment note (2 — 4 copies);
2. Power of attorney giving the right to receive and transport the cargo;
3. In the case of self-propelled equipment transportation: vehicle passport, passport of a self-propelled car or registration certificate;
4. Purchase/ lease agreement (or a certified copy thereof).

This is possible by prior arrangement.

Forwarding is carried out in the case when the cargo transportation involves additional operations. For example, receiving cargo or reloading it during transportation to another transport. The forwarder monitors the loading and unloading operations and, in addition, bears full financial responsibility for the safety (integrity and quantity) of the cargo.

Yes. All our drivers have the appropriate qualifications. The cost of such a service is approximately equal to the cost of renting one hour of the vehicle that carries out transportation.

This is possible if the cargo does not meet the following parameters:

1. The accepted packaging requirements were initially violated;
2. Intentionally mislabelled cargoes;
3. Non-matching the weight, type and dimensions specified in the accompanying documents.

This term refers to the cargo delivery to the final destination using several types of vehicles.

Transportation of cargoes is performed under one contract, but by at least two modes of transport. The carrier is responsible for the entire transportation, even if this transportation is carried out by different modes of transport.

Couplings: tractor + low-frame semi-trailer/modular trolleys with the lifting capacity from 25 tons to 300 tons with the loading platform height of 0.3-0.9 m.

If necessary, we can insure your cargo and include this amount in the transportation cost. We also have carrier liability insurance for the sum of 320,000 USD.

Yes, permits are issued for each transportation. However, there are reusable permits for permanent destinations, which means that the time for preparation in these areas is minimal.

For proper documents preparation, it is necessary to provide:

1. The transportation route with the loading and unloading addresses (city, street, house);
2. Permit period (number of trips);
3. Cargo name (weight (t) / length (m)/ width (m) / height (m));
4. Wheel coupling formula (road train scheme) and axle spacing;
5. Loading height of the semi-trailer platform;
6. Copies of documents for the tractor and semi-trailer (certificates of registration from both sides or vehicle passport from both sides);
7. Lease agreement(s) for the equipment that is not owned by the applicant;
8. A card of your company (LLC, sole proprietor, CJSC) with bank details.

We study the route, the weight and dimensional characteristics of the cargo. Next, we select the modular semi-trailer configuration. If a bedding is required, then we select the length and width. It may also be necessary to attract additional capacities: modular trolleys, equipment. For example, turntables are required when transporting long loads. The use of a pull-push system by means of a drawbar for greater maneuverability, as well as in cases where a trailer with a load needs to be pushed in front.

We are 100% financially responsible for the transported cargoes from the moment of loading to the moment of unloading. In addition, we provide freight forwarding services. This is necessary if, for example, transshipment from a ship to a motor vehicle is to be carried out during transportation. In this case, the freight forwarder is financially responsible for the safety of the cargo.
