Areement on the personal data use

The personal data of users used on the spb-ast.ru website (hereinafter referred to as the «Site») is regulated by Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 (as amended on July 1, 2017) «On Personal Data». Users provide their personal data in order to receive consulting services, sign contracts, receive advertising and information materials, including those directly distributed over telecommunication networks through communication means and/or otherwise.

By leaving information in the forms of a callback, a free-of-charge consultation, or a review at the spb-ast.ru Internet site, the user, gives their Consent to the personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as Consent), acting independently, of their own free will and in their own interest, as well as confirming their legal capacity.

“AST” Group of Companies (TIN 7816572750), address: 192289, St. Petersburg, Gruzovoy proezd street, 17, lit.A, room 34, office 4 (hereinafter referred to as the Company) guarantees the Site users’ personal data confidentiality.

The User gives their consent that the Company stores and processes the following personal data: last name, first name, patronymic; registration address; contact phone numbers; email addresses and other information provided.

The specified data is collected via online forms located at the spb-ast.ru site, including:

• free consultation form
• consultation appointment form
• callback form
• payment form
• feedback form
• review form.

Personal data is not publicly available.

The purpose of personal data facilitation is processing incoming inquiries from individuals for the purpose of providing services; concluding contracts, advertising and newsletters distribution.

Personal data processing presumes the following actions to be performed: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); extraction; use; transfer (distribution, provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.

The consent may be revoked by the personal data subject or his representative by sending a written application to the “AST” Group of Companies or their representative to the address indicated at the beginning of the Consent text. I AGREE to processing and storage of my personal data specified by me at the Site in accordance with the terms of this Consent to the personal data processing.

At the same time, I give my consent and do not object if the Company sends messages, including advertising or information of other content, to my phone number or email address or by other means of communication specified by me at the Site.
